We are really pleased to announce the increase of shareholding in Biofa-AG, Germany.
Trifolio-M has a longlasting partnership together with Biofa, the market leader in distribution of biopesticides on the German market.
In addition to a broad product portfolio for the distribution in Germany, Biofa offers its own products and is holder of registrations worldwide.
Together with the Swiss based company Andermatt Biocontrol, Trifolio-M has taken share options and increases its shareholding from 9% to 22%.
Andermatt Biocontrol becomes majority shareholder with 58% of all shares.
With this strategic step, the involved companies strengthen their long term oriented alignment.
